Keep in mind the support we offer do not include any physical damage to the products that was from result of play, and that we do not support any free accessories that come with the airsoft product such as straps, and bb loader. We are only responsible for selling you the item(s), not what you do with it. Our products are delivered by ground shipping and takes about 3 business days to arrive at your door. We have a 10-day refund policy, meaning that if you are unhappy about the product after receiving it for any reason we will fully refund your order (excluding shipping & handling). After the 10 days, we will assume that the item is to your satisfaction and will not allow further refunds. If a mistake was made on the buyer's part, there will be a charge of 25% restocking fee and shipping and handling will not be refunded. Customer satisfaction is a priority.
